Snacky Vibes Return & Refund Policy
At Snacky Vibes, we take immense pride in the quality, authenticity, and hygiene of our papad, achaar, and snacks. Because our products are consumable food items, we have a strict policy to ensure safety and quality for all our customers.
1. No "Change of Mind" Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products and strict health and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, do not like the taste, or ordered the wrong item by mistake.
2. When We Offer Replacements or Refunds
We will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement if your order meets any of the following conditions upon delivery:
Damaged in Transit: The jar, packet, or seal is broken, leaking, or crushed.
Wrong Item Received: We shipped you a product different from what you ordered.
FSSAI Shelf-Life Compliance: The product has passed its expiry date, or in accordance with FSSAI e-commerce regulations, does not have at least 30% or 45 days of its active shelf life remaining at the time of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement
If there is an issue with your order, please report it immediately so we can make it right.
Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Proof Required: Please email us at snackyvibes.com@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage, wrong item, or shelf-life issue.
Resolution: Once our team verifies the issue, we will process a replacement at no extra cost to you, or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
NOTE : Please be advised that a proof of unboxing from the beginning is a must for ensuring transparency. While making a video, please make sure to show the package firstly from all side, then break the seal and unbox the package.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank or payment provider (UPI, Credit Card, etc.), it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
NOTE : Please be advised that for orders where shipment was not accepted and returned to origin, the refund will be only made for the order value and shipping and packaging cost will be deducted to cover our expenses.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled.
6. Governing Law
All disputes regarding returns, refunds, or cancellations are subject to the governing laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pandhurna/Chhindwara Madhya Pradesh.
